Shipping policy
All products are delivered to our customer's selected delivery address via Australia Post in a postal satchel.
Delivery is usually 5 - 7 days but may take up to 14 days. Once your product has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
If an item arrives damaged in transit please take photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
Returns policy
If your product is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible. Or return your product, with a description of the fault, within 14 days to receive a full refund for the product.
